The virtual reality film <Red Eyes>, produced by Art & Technology Lab (AT Lab) at the Korea National University of the Arts (President Kim Dae-jin), is a full 3D 360 CNEMA designed to present a sense of urgency and emotion that cannot be felt in ordinary movies through bold camera work and CG, free from the limits of static virtual reality content in the near future.

Directed by Lee Seung-moo, a film professor at the Korea Film Institute, and starring Kim Kang-woo and Lee Elijah, the film was evaluated by programmer Caitlin Burns as "the most ambitious VR SF action film of all time."

LG Uplus will participate in the investment and distribution, and <Red Eyes>, co-produced by Gene Film, has been invited to the immersive competition section of Thessaloniki International Film Festival, Greece's top film festival to open on November 3, 2022.

Invited to the festival, <Red Eyes> won the audience award in the VIFF Immersed category at the 40th Vancouver International Film Festival last year and was also invited to the Amsterdam Immersed Film Festival this year.

Based on this experience of production of works and winning film festivals, AT Lab will continue to strive to lead the trend of global realistic media creation and research.
